⭐️⭐️⭐️ | Tuttons, Covent Garden: Great Location, Mixed Experience A prime spot in Covent Garden with the promise of classic British dining and a lively atmosphere. The location? Perfect. The apple juice? Delicious. The service? Let’s just say… it had room for improvement. We arrived with high hopes, but the service was noticeably slow, and our waitress seemed to be having a particularly grumpy day. (We’ve all been there, but a smile wouldn’t go amiss!) The sparkling water took an age to arrive, making us wonder if it had been sourced from a particularly distant spring. That said, the setting is lovely, the menu looked promising, and when the drinks did arrive, they were good. I’d love to say the experience was as sparkling as the water I waited for, but Tuttons could definitely benefit from a little more attentiveness and a touch more warmth from the staff. Would I return? Possibly, but with lowered expectations on speed and service. Hopefully, next time, they’re just having an off day!

Desi terasa era ocupata doar pe jumătate iar noi eram 2 adulti si un copil (13 ani) ni s-a oferit o masa de 2 persoane cu unul sister scaune mai mare unde ar fi trebuit sa stea si sa servers masa. Personalul lipsit de respect.

Waited an hour and a half for food, complained multiple times was told its coming. Clearly have a staffing issue. Food was okay, great location, terrible service.

Very well situated in Covent Garden. It was lovely sitting outside in the sunshine. Thr bill got mixed up but it didn't detract from overall ambience .

The food was perfectly fine, and the atmosphere although more empty than you’d like, was still pleasant. The waitress Dana was very sweet and accommodating with a wonderful attitude.

Mistake to go as a couple in half term (early ish evening) on a Saturday night …far more very young kids than I expected at 7pm ; vast space looks great- but loud and cavernous, noisy noisy families - I didn’t realise it was so kid friendly- but hey ho , you live and learn. Disappointing slow service from all but one waiter - my main came out and was left on the table as I hadn’t finished my starter - so ironically felt rushed too…I had a beautiful parfait, risotto was over done (too soft and no real flavour - no nuttiness as it should have ) other than the alcohol added that gave it a little taste. It was also stifling hot. Atmosphere was zero , spoilt by noise, so many people- heat, inactivity and poor quality service by most and some mediocre food. Toilets in the basement a maze to find passed raucous bar, night club areas (I realised then why the floor was vibrating and thumping beneath my feet in the upper dining room ) . The floor was very wet and a real hazard as it is tiled (at 830pm it had been well used and was in quite a state ). All in all - won’t be doing that again - any time or any day of the week…I had two course,my husband had three - glass of wine , coffee £101 - really wished we had gone ‘anywhere else ‘ ; and I had such high hopes!

Yikes. We got sort of duped bc we thought this was the Dirty Martini but that was our mistake. We wanted cocktails so we thought we would give it a go.bwe ordered the too coffee martinis and one was so awful I couldn't finish it. It was "pick me up" with a caramel syrup and khalua and vodka, etc. It tasted chemically and just awful. The espresso martini was meh. Also there is a service charge for just an order and dropping our drinks. Bummer. Wish we would have went to the martini bar and sorry we gave this a chance. 50 pounds later for 2 drinks and a sparkling water - wow!! It was a "let me down".
